Cierrah Parson is a Licensed Associate Counselor who provides compassionate, collaborative therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She creates a supportive space where clients can feel heard and understood while developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges.
Cierrah is especially passionate about supporting women as they navigate self-esteem, identity, relationships, and life transitions, including complex mother-daughter relationships. She also works with individuals with ADHD and autism and members of the LGBTQ+ community, providing inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive care.
Her approach is tailored to each client’s individual needs and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and somatic techniques.
