Life is challenging and it can become very overwhelming. My job is to support you in lessening that load that you’re carrying and give you the skills to be able to cope and manage what you are currently dealing with. My hope is to provide you with a warm and friendly environment so that you feel comfortable sharing and working with me.
I have experience working with teens and adults struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. I have worked in various levels of care including inpatient, partial hospital, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. I received my BA in psychology at Rowan University and my master’s degree in clinical counseling with a concentration in addictions at Montclair University.
I am a yoga teacher and love to incorporate mindfulness and yoga into my sessions. I am a big animal lover and my new puppy Harvey will probably make an appearance during sessions! I am here for you and I look forward to the potential of working alongside you.
“You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” —Buddha
