Djonide Walton

 "Helping adolescents and women navigate emotional overwhelm and feel more grounded" 

 Djonide works with adolescents and women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of their direction.


 Her approach is warm, compassionate, and supportive, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Djonide integrates DBT-informed techniques, along with CBT and mindfulness, to help clients better understand their emotions and develop effective ways of coping. 


 Djonide strives to help clients feel more grounded, secure in who they are, and confident in how they navigate their lives.
