Welcome!
I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Stockton University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Capella University. My passion for helping others has guided my diverse career in counseling, where I have held various positions aimed at supporting adults, teens, & families in need.
My experiences in mental health span multiple settings—such as inpatient facilities, schools, universities, in-home therapy, prisons, and outpatient clinics—allowing me to develop a holistic perspective on mental health and well-being. Additionally, throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of specialty populations, including at-risk students, families, women's issues, and those struggling with substance use.
My philosophy is grounded in meeting individuals at their current stage, understanding their unique circumstances, and building a strong therapeutic relationship. My clinical approach combines empathy, advocacy, and evidence-based practices to empower individuals on their journey towards healing and growth.
I am committed to fostering a supportive and safe environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, process emotions, set goals, and work towards meaningful change to live their best life!
