Rachel Kornmann

A young woman with long brown hair smiling softly at the camera.

" Helping individuals reconnect, find balance, and feel supported in an affirming space"

Rachel works with young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, substance use, and life transitions. She has extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and is passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported in exploring who they are.

Her approach is warm, gentle, and supportive. Rachel integrates mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, and evidence-based practices to help clients reduce stress, build self-awareness, and reconnect with themselves.

As a yoga instructor, she brings a holistic and grounding perspective to her work, supporting clients in finding balance, healing, and a deeper sense of connection.

Rachel believes that healing begins in spaces where you feel safe to be your authentic self, and she is committed to creating that experience for every client she works with.
