"Find relief from stress, worry, and overthinking"

Anxiety can show up in many ways—racing thoughts, constant worry, feeling on edge, or difficulty relaxing. It can impact your ability to focus, make decisions, and feel present in your daily life. Anxiety therapy focuses on helping you better understand these patterns and develop practical ways to manage them.

This may be a good ft for you if:

  •  Feel constantly worried or overwhelmed
  • Experience racing thoughts or difficulty shutting your mind off
  • Feel on edge, tense, or easily triggered
  • Struggle with overthinking or indecision
  • Have difficulty relaxing or feeling present

What will I Learn?

In therapy, you’ll develop skills to:

  • Manage anxious thoughts and reduce overthinking
  • Regulate physical symptoms of anxiety
  • Build coping strategies for stressful situations
  • Improve focus and daily functioning
  • Feel more grounded and in control

What to expect

Sessions are supportive, structured, and focused on helping you understand your anxiety while learning practical tools you can apply in your daily life. Your therapist will work with you to identify patterns, build coping strategies, and create a plan that feels manageable and effective.
